This monthly membership is exclusive to a limited number of clients and includes weekly check-ins, adjustable food and training plans, and 24/7 online chat support. Each plan is fully customized to your lifestyle, resources, and preferences! This is the most comprehensive plan available to ensure you reach your physique goals in the shortest possible time frame! However, with that being said we do recommend that you commit to this for a minimum of twelve weeks to see the greatest results.

A gym based plan to help you lose weight and body fat while gaining muscle tone and strength. Full 24/7 support available through Chat. Full videos and explanations of what equipment to use ad how to perform each exercise, plus full sets, reps and rest times for each exercise.

Hello, my name is Charles (Tony) Jones, aka BOSS. Welcome to my app. I am the owner of Bo$$edUp Fitness LLC. We officially opened our studio doors to clients in 2020, but I've been a Certified Master Trainer since 2015 through the National Federation of Personal Trainers. I've worked with many clients ranging from pre-teens to senior citizens, helping them achieve the goals they have set for themselves and I plan on doing the same for you.
